1936 Westclox Chime Alarm Clock
Model: Vintage Restored
Details: This is an fully restored March, 11th, 1936 Westclox Big Ben Chime Alarm clock - style 4. These clocks "tick" much quieter than their "Loud Alarm" brothers. The alarm starts as a bell chime and then progresses to a steady ring. The chime alarms are also a bit thinner and I think a bit more graceful.
Condition: This clock was in poor shape, so it has been completely restored. The alarm set has been replaced with a non-original, as they are always missing and hard to find. The clock looks outstanding and of course the works have been completely disassembled, cleaned and oiled with a new mainspring. Some sites charge $250 to restore these clocks!
Dimensions: 4.5" approx.
